Challenge
The project started with a large navigation map and plain content, but the experience still needed structure.
Aras Kargo’s website had to support many different user needs: tracking shipments, calculating prices, finding branches, requesting couriers, exploring services, applying as a partner, and reaching support. The initial information architecture and page content were provided as a broad structure, but the challenge was to turn that material into a clear, navigable, and responsive digital experience.
Goal
Turn complex logistics content into clear, task-led journeys.
The goal was to make high-frequency actions easy to access while giving every section of the website a stronger hierarchy. The experience needed to work for individual customers, corporate users, business partners, and support-seeking visitors across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Solution
A responsive website system built from information architecture, page templates, and visual direction.
Using the provided navigation and content structure as a starting point, I redesigned the website around clear user journeys and reusable page patterns. I created the page structures, visual hierarchy, icon usage, and responsive layouts for 50+ screens across the homepage, services, partner program, customer relations, sustainability, about, careers, legal, and contact sections.
